When will I get my art?
As soon as we get your order, we begin the shipping process.

Standard "Advertised" Framed Prints 3-5 business days

How will my art be packaged?
Unframed Prints are sleeved with very thick cardboard to protect against handling. We’ve taken great care to choose the most protective method of handling and delivering of our art.
Framed items are covered securely and placed in corrugated boxes that lock the frame in position.
How do I track my order?
You can quickly check the status of a current order with your order number and email address. As soon as your art ships, we'll send you a confirmation email that includes a tracking number.
Is my package insured?
Bob Timberlake, Inc. guarantees your satisfaction 100%. On the rare chance that your package is lost or damaged upon arrival, just contact our Customer Support Team.
What happens if only part of my order is ready to ship?
Because we’re mindful of resources and carbon footprint, we combine multiple items in an order into one shipment. If an item is temporarily out of stock or on backorder, we may hold the rest of your items if we expect the item to be restocked soon. As soon as it arrives in our gallery, we’ll ship your entire order to you in one shipment. If your shipment is delayed due to a delayed item, you can request that we send the rest of your order. Please contact our Customer Care Team directly to request this.
Can I ship to a P.O. Box?
We use UPS as our standard carrier.
UPS will not ship to PO boxes.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
During our temporary store closures in response to the coronavirus, you can contact our Customer Care team for help returning your online or in-store purchases. To process your return, we will need information from your original receipt. Our team will provide instructions for return shipping, and your refund to your original payment method will be issued after your item is received at our Gallery. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Items must be returned within 14 days. We cannot accept returns on personalized items, special order items, custom framed art, items from the "Personal Collection" or items damaged as a result of mishandling by the customer.
Due to the increased cost of shipping along with our packaging methods to ensure your package arrives in proper condition, exchanges could have additional shipping charges.

We grant you a limited, revocable license to access and make personal use of the website as our customer. However, you are not permitted to:
reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell or otherwise exploit the website or any product image, product listing, product description, price, page layout, page design, trade dress, trademark, logo or other content ("Website Content") for any commercial purpose, except as expressly provided;

Any use of the website or Website Content that is not expressly authorized herein is prohibited and immediately terminates the license granted herein.
