Checkout Process / Store Pickup / Online

Pre-Framed Art

The “Pre” means our design team has pre-selected and pre priced the framing for you.

When selecting the pre-framed art option, we will need time to frame your print,

especially on popular prints and new releases.

Pre-Framed art is usually ready for pickup or shipped within 6-8 business days.

If local pickup, we will contact you via email or phone when your framed art is ready for pickup.

If shipped, we will email you a tracking number once shipped and another once delivered.

For your protection, we require a valid ID or proof of identity when physically picking up your purchase.

Our showroom is open to the public Wednesday-Saturday 10am – 3pm

 

 

Checkout Process / Custom Framing

Custom Framed Art

Due to the many variables, we do not offer custom framing options on our website.

If you are unable to visit our gallery, we will be glad to work with you remotely via emailed

photos for framing suggestions.

Once you approve the custom framing design, we will process your order.

Custom framed art is usually completed and shipped within 10-14 business days.

All framed art is completed with UV protected glass and is included with orders at no extra charge.

We understand your order is important. On-line orders are processed M-F

You will be emailed a tracking number once your order has shipped and another when it is delivered.
